New Patent Pending Smart Sleeve design:

 1. The bulge area is restricted to two areas with the majority of the deformation taking place on the flat of the bulge. (B)

2. Installation characteristics are a consistent thrust pressure for the entire length change of the spacer.  

 3. Typical required fastener torque to compress the spacer is approximately half of the current design. (130-150 ft.lbs.)

 4. The usable compression distance is .095 in length.

 5. Cycle duty is better than a solid spacer and shim pack.
